A real bonus has been confirmed for horseracing fans in Killarney and punters who love nothing more than flocking to the country’s most scenic track for a day’s racing.

Horse Racing Ireland has announced there will be an additional flat meeting at the Ross Road venue next Monday, October 10.
This meeting will close for entries by 12 noon this Wednesday, October 5 with declarations to run to be made by 10am this Saturday, October 8.
The feature races will include the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden of €18,000 with the winner to receive €10,800, the KillarneyRaces.ie Fillies Maiden of €12,000, the Muckross Handicap of €10,500, the Ross Road Handicap of €10,000 and the Kenmare Handicap of €10,000.

Punters already enjoyed two quality days of OctoberFest racing ,in glorious weather conditionsl in Killarney on Saturday and Sunday with some close finishes, great entertainment and topnotch hospitality enjoyed by all.
