KILLARNEY Celtic’s girls’ under 16 team registered an impressive 3-1 victory over a fancied Fenit side at the weekend with Celtic’s goals coming from Bronagh Dorrian, Eve Culhane and Lucy O’Sullivan.
The club’s under 16 A boys’ team has their own success when they were declared the outright winners of the under 16 summer competition.
At under 12 level, a Dan Horan hat-trick and a great finish from Marco Mosca wasn’t enough to prevent Celtic from losing out to Mastergeeha on a 11-goal thriller with Mastergeeha hitting a magnificent seven.
The club has congratulated Luke O’Shea of the under 12A side who made the Team of the Week and to Kate Healy and Cliona Moynihan who made the girls’ roll of honour.
The clubs also congratulated the girls who played for the Kerry under 12s against the Desmond League in a series of friendlies.
