A fashion show featuring a collaboration between boutiques from Killarney and Tralee will be held in the Great Southern Hotel, Killarney on Thursday, April 10 (7.30pm) to support the Killarney Women’s Shed.
The Killarney women’s group has 110 paid-up members with a weekly attendance of between 75 to 100 and this event is a fundraiser to purchase much-needed equipment.
Eileen Whelan, manager of Paco in Tralee, will be the MC on the night and it will be an extravaganza of fashion on the catwalk.
The event will include styles for women and men, trade stands, live entertainment, raffle prizes, spot prizes and a best dressed lady competition.
Participating fashion houses will include Born, Quill’s, Weavers of Ireland, Kilkenny Design, The Boutique, Kit’s Vintage, Paco, Shaws, Sinead’s Boutique, Celsius Menswear, Annburys and Just Perfect and he women’s clothes will be modelled by women from the Shed.
Tickets are €20 which can be purchased on the door or from the Killarney Women’s Shed.
