
Emergency services are still at the scene of s serious accident that occurred in the centre of Barrafuff village early this afternoon.
A car struck a building near a crossroads and two occupants in the vehicle sustained injuries.
They were removed to University Hospital Kerry by ambulance. The air ambulance service also attended the scene but was not required.
The injuries sustained by the two occupants of the car are not life-threatening.
The collision caused structural damage to the building which is currently being assesses by safety personnel.
