International tourism buyers from around the world descended on Kerry

How can you buy Killarney? Well, you’ve got to sell it first and that’s exactly what will happen at Ireland’s most important tourism trade event, Meitheal, which will take place this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Gleneagle INEC Arena in Killarney.

Tourism buyers from across the world will descend on the town which will put on its best face and showcase exactly what Killarney and Kerry has to offer.

Before the event gets underway, international tourism buyers have been experiencing first-hand the Irish tourism product courtesy of Fáilte Ireland and they the wildness of Dun Chaoin on the Dingle Peninsula.

Tourism experiences from across the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland’s Ancient East, Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands and Dublin were included on bespoke itineraries designed by Fáilte Ireland with the objective of showcasing the best of the Irish tourism offering and the unique holiday experience that awaits visitors to Ireland.
