A familiar face has returned to the Killarney hotel and hospital sector with the appointment of Brian Bowler as General Manager at the Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa.
A native of Dingle, Brian is a seasoned business and hotel professional with over 20-years’ experience in the hospitality sector, holding senior management roles with prestigious hotel brands such as The Brehon and Carton House as well as Choice Hotels Ireland, the Great Southern Hotel group nd The Montenotte Hotel in Cork.
Brian joins the team in Aghadoe from his most recent role as regional manager for Cliste Hospitality.
He served as President of the Irish Hospitality Institute in 2019 and Brian is a former vice chair of the Kerry branch of the IHF.
He was also a board member of the Destination Kerry Tourism Forum that assisted in the creation of the Kerry Tourism Strategy and Action Plan 2016-2022 to support the development of tourism in Kerry.
A past President of SKAL in Kerry, Brian was part of the inaugural organising committee of the high-profile Let’s Talk Tourism conference in The Brehon.
