The grace of a Rose, the style of Kerry

GIVEN that she’s a former ballerina, it’s little wonder than Ohio Rose, Kathleen O’Donnell, looked elegant and graceful when she modelled a stunning collaboration for the Aran Sweater Market in Killarney yesterday.

She looked picture-perfect in an evening outfit featuring a couture Aran sweater made especially for the Rose of Tralee festival in association with Kerry designer, Rebekah Wall.

The sweater features a combination of the ancient cable, honeycomb and diamond stitch and it has been adorned with crystals and cubic zirconia.

It is complimented by a light pink tulle skirt and crystal fascinator by Rebekah Wall to complete the look.

Aran Sweater Brand Manager, Laura MacSweeny, remarked: “We continually try to break the mould by showing people how they can wear it in a variety of different ways and this latest collaboration shows how you can take it from day to night.”

The outfit will be worn by the Ohio Rose at the Rose Parade on Saturday, August 20.
