THE new year got off to a truly wonderful start for Killarney woman Susan O’Sullivan who has won a fabulous new Mitsubishi Space Star in a Killarney Credit Union members’ draw.
Susan, from Woodlawn, got a great surprise when she received a call to inform her of her great win and she collected the keys of her new car from Killarney Credit Union CEO Mark Murphy and branch marketing officer Karena McCarthy.
“We currently have just over 2,200 members in the draw which is held twice a year. Our prizes include a new car and cash ranging from €250 to €5,000 cash,” said Karena.
Members can apply for the draw at any of the branches or download an application form online www.killarneycu.ie. €12 will be taken from the members account twice a year as an entry fee for the draw.
The 14 cash prizewinners, meanwhile, were Donie O’Doherty, Lillian McCrae, Geraldine Gleeson, James Daly, Kathleen Coen, Barry Kelleher, Carmel Cahill, Thomas Lynch, Denis Doona, Eileen O’Callaghan, Donal O’Riordan, Paul O’Rourke, Noreen Murphy and Ann Murphy.
The draw was adjudicated by Killarney solicitor Eoin Brosnan and Killarney Credit Union Risk and Compliance Manager Shane Foley.
