DEFERRED for a week as a result of the threat posed by Hurricane Ophilia, the annual St Brigid’s Presentation Secondary School open evening will go ahead this Tuesday, October 24, commencing at 5.30pm.
Primary school pupils interested in learning all about the school – and their parents or guardians – are invited to attend to get a first-hand view of the excellent facilities and to meet the teachers and many of the current student population.
St Brigid’s Principal, Róisín Moore, will deliver her address of welcome and give a detailed insight into school life in the Presentation Gym at 7.15pm and Deputy Principal, Mairéad Lucey, and most other teachers will be on hand to answer any questions that arise.
The closing date for receipt of applications has been extended to Wednesday, November 1.
