Over 45 athletes representing the Killarney Scorchers Cheerleading Club travelled to Paris for a European competition and they registered some amazing successes.
They brought home a gold medal and three second place trophies and, no sooner were they home, than they were hitting the road again to Dublin to take part in 21CC cheerleading competition.
In the capital, the Scorchers won first place in the senior routines, second in the juniors and the minis finishing second.
Killarney Scorchers is owned by Jacqueline Jeal and managed by Katlyn Moynihan and the coaches include Katelyn Nolan, Rachel Leane, Freya Mason, Kirsty Jeal and Katiemary Jeal.
