The death has occurred in Killarney of Margaret Walsh O’Donoghue who owned and ran a very successful fashion business in the town for many years.
She was the popular driving force behind The Eyecatcher Boutique on Main Street – where the new Rituals store in now based – and she helped and advised women in Killarney, of all ages, how to keep right up to date with fashion trends.
Always friendly and cheerful and with a personality perfectly suited to her chosen career in retail, Margaret was also the inspiration behind several fashion shows in the town and beyond and she helped to raise thousands of euro for worthy local charities in the process.
She later established her own image consultancy business and advised many women on colour and style trends and how to look their best.
