The funeral will take place this weekend of the man who died following an incident in an apartment complex in Tralee town centre last Sunday night.

Mr Brosnan, who was hugely popular in the town, was pronounced dead by emergency services personnel who were called to the scene shortly after 7.00pm on Sunday.

Two men, one in his 30s and another in his 50s, who were questioned in relation to the death have been released without charge. A file is being prepared to be submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
