Clever clogs and wise guys were out in force in Kilcummin for a fun-filled fundraising table quiz organised by the parents’ association of the local national school.
There was a huge turnout of 42 tables in the Klub Bar in Kilcummin for the event and quizmaster Cathal Walshe, assisted by Mary Theresa Moriarty, put those in attendance through their paces with a host of general knowledge questions.
Not only did the night deliver a brain-teasing quiz for all in attendance but there was also a monster raffle with an array of fabulous prizes on offer.
There was also a surprise early appearance by the Easter Bunny who arrived laden down with Easter eggs for the younger quiz buffs.
The school’s parents’ association have expressed their gratitude to all who sponsored prizes for the raffle and, in particular, all those who attended and participated on the night.
