Business interests in Kerry were advised to put themselves at the top of their own list of priorities for 2024 this year at a motivational event hosted by Network Ireland Kerry and addressed by a stellar panel of guests.

Those in attendance were told that they need to establish what they want personally and professionally and what systems need to be put in place to establish their goals.
Linda O’Mahony Logan, Network Ireland Kerry President for 2024 and the owner of Leadership360, encouraged the gathering to determine practical systems they can implement in their lives.
The panel included Dr Breda O’Dwyer of MTU, Sinead Buckley who is a counsellor and psychotherapist whose specialist area is working with adolescents and Aisling Foley, sales and marketing manager at The Rose Hotel, Tralee who said her commitment to personal and professional development means she is in the gym every morning by 6am and, despite her very busy schedule, it is a non-negotiable.
Encouraging others to try something new and get out of their comfort zone, Aisling shared how she has thoroughly enjoyed being part of a GAA’s mothers and others group even though she had not played Gaelic football prior to that.
Former Kerry footballer Aidan O’Mahony, whose sister Linda is the Network Ireland Kerry President, told the attendance at the Rose Hotel that there was a time when he hit rock bottom and struggled to see the positives.
By getting the right professional supports, Aidan has gone on to thrive as a community Garda, a successful business owner at AOM Performance and a busy dad to two daughters.
The Network Ireland Kerry February event will be held on Wednesday, February 14 in The Brehon Hotel, Killarney.
