A SERIES of stunning photographs of local models has earned great recognition for a Killarney photographer who was a prizewinner in an online photographic contest in which the winners are chosen by the public.
Pawel Nowak had a total of six images selected on Pixoto which is the world’s largest free photo contest site.
It provides an online platform where photographers compete to have the best images in their category with submitted photographs matched against each other and voted on by other community members.
The winners advance on the image leaderboards and vie for the coveted top spot.
Pawel Nowak is originally from Poland but he has been living in Killarney since September 2008.
He developed an interest in photography from a very early age and his love affair with the camera has continued to grow with his technique and ambition.
A Masters of Arts graduate, Pawel specialises in wedding, high-fashion, glamour, portrait and fine art photography.
His models for the latest photo-shoot included Killarney singer Grace Foley, Hannah Lenihan, Leah Kelly and Ruzena Kristofova.
