Over €3 million worth of residential property sold in Killarney in March

PROPERTY is in big demand in Killarney with second-hand houses and town centre apartments fetching big sums.

The Residential Property Price Register confirms that a total of 18 properties were sold in Killarney during the month of March and the combined sales amounted to €3,248,871.

Nine properties were listed as having sold in Killarney during the month of April and the transactions totalled just over €1.9 million.

The sales recorded in the Residential Property Price Register and for March are:

Over €3.8 million worth of property was sold in Killarney in February with 19 house sales included in that month’s Residential Property Price Register which is produced by the Property Services Regulatory Authority and it includes the date of sale, price and address of all residential properties purchased in Ireland since 1 January 2010, as declared to the Revenue Commissioners for stamp duty purposes.
