Kerry needs someone who can bridge the gap between the needs of local communities and the decision-makers in Dublin, Kerry general election candidate Billy O’Shea has stressed.
He said he believes he is the best suited candidate and he is looking forward to the challenge and opportunity to serve.
The first-time Fine Gael candidate, who will be hoping to retain the seat vacated by Brendan Griffin, said his local connections, combined with his diverse career background, uniquely qualify him to serve Kerry effectively in Dáil Éireann.
“As someone who has worn the Kerry jersey, run a family pub and worked with businesses, I know first-hand the struggles our communities face, from affordable housing to creating sustainable local business opportunities,” he stated.
“Kerry deserves a representative who understands these issues from a local perspective and is committed to finding solutions,” he added.
