ONE further death and 24 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed nationally this Saturday but there has been no increase in the number of infections in Kerry for the tenth consecutive day.
The number of coronavirus-related deaths now rises to 1,764 and the number of confirmed cases of the virus currently stands at 25,869.
The number of people in Kerry infected to date is 316.
A total of 8,381 healthcare workers have been infected and close on 14,000 cases have been associated with clusters.
The median age of people treated in hospital for the virus is 48.
