Nutty Scientist and co work their magic in Kerry

The magical world of science created some real wonders and fabulous experiments at a family science week at the MTU Kerry North Campus over the weekend.

It was part of National Science Week and it was a massive success by organisers whose skills were in big demand when faced with inquisitive young minds

The event offered a vast array of fun, educational and interactive events for all ages including VR experiences, scientific testing, robotics, weather forecasting, electric vehicle display, sustainable food making, zoology, book reading, children’s sustainable recycling workshop and, for those with a taste for the eerie, slime experiments

It was a fantastic day of free entertainment and there was wonder in the children’s eyes at the range of activities available to them.
