
For the first time in 20 years there are no Kerry or Dublin players included in this year’s GAA All-Star football team.
Kerry had four players nominated – Fossa brothers Paudie and David Clifford (pictured), Tom O’Sullivan and Brian Ó Beaglaoich – while Dublin had four shortlisted.
All-Ireland champions Armagh have six players included, beaten finalists Galway have five, Donegal have two and Louth and Tyrone have one award each.
Tyrone goalkeeper Niall Morgan is the only previous All-Star winner included.
The 2024 team is: Niall Morgan (Tyrone), Johnny McGrath (Galway), Barry McCambridge (Armagh), Peadar Mogan (Donegal), Dylan McHugh (Galway), Aidan Forker (Armagh), Craig Lennon (Louth), Paul Conroy (Galway), Ben Crealey (Armagh), Rian O’Neill (Armagh), John Maher (Galway), Oisín Conaty (Armagh), Robert Finnerty (Galway), Oisín Gallen (Donegal), Conor Turbitt (Armagh).
