Niamh strike it lucky before her travels

NIAMH Twiss, from Killorglin, has extra cash to spend in the January sales after scooping €400 in Milltown Castlemaine GAA Club’s fundraising lotto jackpot.

She matched three numbers to ensure a mini windfall and she was delighted to get 2020 off to a winning start.

Niamh is heading off to Australia in the coming weeks to pursue a career in nursing so it was a timely going away present from the club.

Also included in the photograph are members of the club executive, Podge Leane, Ian Twiss, seller of the winning ticket, Emmet Spring, Eileen Lovett, Emir Bevan and Philip O’Reilly.

The Milltown-Castlemaine lotto jackpot is currently at €11,800 so it might be well worth investing in a ticket.
