A MAJOR food and fashion fundraiser for the palliative care unit at University Hospital Kerry is been scheduled for next April but, as demand is expected to be very brisk, tickets will go on sale in the lead up to Christmas.
The Love Kerry lunch and fashion show will be held in Tralee’s Ballygarry Estate Hotel and Spa on Sunday, April 10 and tickets are priced at €100.
The stylish event is being organised by Claire Murphy and a committee, in memory of her late father Noel J Loughran and all proceeds will go to the chosen charity.
Celebrating the very best of Kerry fashion and food, the event will feature all local cuisine, an exclusive preview of spring/summer boutique and designer collections and a presentation by international fashion designer Don O’Neill who will attend the lunch with his husband Pascal Guillermie.
The MC on the day will be Orlagh Winters and a number of Kerry celebrities will be in attendance.
Guests will get to enjoy a pre-drinks reception, a four-course luncheon with wines, music and great spot prizes as well as a gift bag to take home.
