Killarney swimmers make a splash at Future Challenger

Killarney Swimming Club enjoyed a fantastic day of swimming at the University of Limerick at the weekend during the Future Challenger Gala Series.

Club swimmers achieved bands for achieving specific times, achieved medals and scored new personal bests on a day to remember for the local competitors.

Evan O’Donoghue won the 50m breaststroke, cam second in the 100m freestyle and third in the 200m.

Daniel Cronin, meanwhile, was second in both the 200m and the 50m breast while Maro Kovacevic was runner-up in the50m freestyle.
