TALENTED set dancers from the Kilcummin and Spa performed magnificently at the Munster Fleadh Cheoil in Ennis and brought home several top honours as well as qualifying for the All-Ireland finals.
Of the Kilcummin contingent, after three days of top class competition, the senior half set and the15-18 half set finished first, the other senior half set were second, while the12-15 ladies, 15-18 mixed and senior mixed all finished second.
They will now go forward to the All-Ireland finals in Drogheda next month.

Meanwhile, the following dancers representing Spa Comhaltas covered themselves in glory at the provincial finals in Ennis:
U12 Ceilí 8 Hand: Gold – Aoibhe O’Onoghue, Danielle McAuliffe, Doireann Foley, Ellen Carroll, Emma Crowley, Grace Angland, Saoirse Curran and Susan Torpey
U12 Mixed Set: Gold – Darragh Brosnan, Diarmuid O Donovan, Colm O’Connor, Oisin O’Sullivan, Grace O Connor, Lauren Carey, Roisin O’Sullivan and Isabelle O’Sullivan Waters.
U15 Mixed Set: Gold – Scott O’Meara, Jack Maguire, Cian O’Sullivan, Gearoid Mulvihill, Erin Holland, Shona Murphy, Elena O’Donoghue and Kate Lawlor
U15 Ceili 4 Hand: Gold – Erin Holland, Carrie Hickey, Kate Lawlor and Alice O’Donoghue
U18 Mixed Half Set: Silver – Liam Spillane, Kianan O’Doherty, Shona Murphy and Meghann Cronin
