THE organisers of the Ring of Kerry charity cycle have collaborated with the Kerry Recreation and Sports Partnership and Killarney Cycling Club to bring the kids of Killarney their very own big cycle with a Pedal in the Park on Friday, July 6, commencing at 7.00pm.

The family cycle in Killarney National Park will give young children the chance to complete their own cycling challenge on the eve of the Ring of Kerry event.

The aim is to give everyone in the family the opportunity to cycle together and take advantage of the fantastic amenities.

The starting point will be Deenagh Lodge and there will be a choice of two distances – 5k for five to eight-year-olds and 10k for nine to 14-year-olds. All Pedal in the Park events are free and online registration is now open on www.kerryrecreationandsports.ie
