Kick-off in summer sevens

THIS Monday night will see the nig kick-off in the 39th annual Killarney Athletic seven-a-side soccer tournament at Ferndale.

There are 32 teams involved and with the standard of players lining up to participate, organisers are predicting a cracking tournament.

Entries for the over 35s and underage tournaments need to be returned by this Wednesday, July 1. Application forms are available from Killarney Credit Union, Beech Road and Park Road, Scott’s Bar and at www.killarneyathletic.com.
