Kerry has named a strong 30-strong panel for this weekend’s crucial All-Ireland Senior Football Championship semi-final clash with Armagh.
The big game will throw-in at 7.15pm on Saturday at O’Connor Park, Tullamore and the ladies will be hoping to go one step better than their male counterparts who were sent packing by Armagh at the penultimate stage of the championship last weekend.
Kayleigh Cronin of Dr Crokes starts at full back with Deirdre Kearney of Na Gaeil filling the centre back berth.
Mary O’Connell of Na Gaeil and Anna Galvin of Southern Gaels will partner at midfield while Kerry will rely on a lethal forward division to deliver the goods with players of the calibre of Louise Ní Mhuircheartaigh of Corca Dhuibhne, Rathmore’s Danielle Ryan, Hannah O’Donoghue of Beaufort and Glenflesk’s Emma Dineen.
