THE precautionary boil water notice that has in place for the Dawros Group Water Scheme near Kenmare since last Thursday has been lifted with immediate effect.
The decision follows consultations between the Health Service Executive and Kerry County Council.
The boil water advice was due to an issue with the chlorine dosing system at the Dawros treatment plant but Kerry County Council crews resolved the issue
