David and Paudie Clifford won’t be the only Fossa players to take to the field in Limerick on Sunday to display their footballing prowess.
During the half-time interval in the eagerly-anticipated Kerry v Clare Munster final, Fossa National School pupil Isabelle Lyons will also get to wear the green and gold and show off her silken skills.
Isabelle will be playing with Kerry in the primary schools’ football exhibition game and she will be hoping to make her mark, just like her fellow parishioners are expected to do in the senior provincial final.
It is a hugely exciting occasion and opportunity for Isabelle who is pictured here receiving her Kerry jersey from GAA legend Mary Jo Curran who won no less than 10 All-Ireland medals and 10 All-Star awards with the Kingdom.
