Hotel scales new Heights with gold medal award

Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa in Killarney has been rewarded for hospitality excellence as accommodation manager Izabela Rusinek and her team have once again been recognised with the gold medal award by the Irish Accommodation Services Institute.

This esteemed accolade, awarded for the second year in a row, is a testament to the team’s dedication, attention to detail and passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

To receive the honour, hotels must undergo a rigorous inspection and attain the highest standards across guest bedrooms, public areas and bathrooms, achieving a score of 97 per cent or above.
