The Gleneagle Hotel, The Brehon, the Travel Inn in Fossa and the Maritime Hotel in Bantry were all awarded a gold for their immaculate standards in housekeeping and accommodation services.

Thy were represented by their accommodation managers at a swish gala banquet in the Slieve Russell Hotel in Cavan at the weekend.
Noreen O’Gorman, executive accommodation manager for the Gleneagle Group, remarked: “We are thrilled to have won four gold medals.”
She added: “Our guests expect and deserve the highest standards of cleanliness and we work very hard every day to ensure that this is what they get. To be applauded for this is a fabulous bonus.”
