THIEVES gained entry to an unoccupied house in Killarney by drilling open a sliding door at the rear of the property before committing a burglary.
The incident, at a holiday home, occurred in the Woodlawn Drive-Ait Ledwidge area, on Woodlawn Road, between June 16 and July 3 and it was only detected when the owner visited the property on Tuesday.
Anyone that may have noticed anything suspicious, possibly a vehicle or people acting in a suspicious manner, is asked to contact Killarney Garda Station on 064-6631222.
