UPDATE: The dog was found, brought to a vet and identified through her chip. She has now been reunited with her owner.
An appeal has been issued to people in Killarney to keep an eye out for this dog that escaped from the back garden of a property earlier today.
The distinctive French Bulldog is brown in colour, close on 10 years old and is quite friendly.
She burrowed her way out under a locked gate in the Marian Terrace area and was spotted in the neighbourhood by a number of people.
She was last seen in the vicinity of High Street.
The dog was not wearing a collar at the time she bolted.
