THE owner of this much-loved dog, who has been missing from home since last night, has appealed to the public to keep an eye out for him and to report any sightings as soon as possible.
Answering to the name of Alfie, the miniature sausage dog is a very distinctive chocolate brown colour and he vanished from the Lewis Road area at around 6.00pm last night. Alfie, who is nearly two years old and no bigger than a cat, was not wearing a collar at the time.
There has been one possible sighting close to the entrance to Killarney National Park at Knockreer. Anybody that might have seen Alfie is asked to please contact 087-9359342.
