AFTER reopening its doors in April following a major €19 million refurbishment that took 18 months to complete, the Dunloe Hotel and Gardens hosted a gala reception at the weekend to introduce the new-look facilities to industry partners as part of the exciting relaunch.
The transformation of the restaurant, bar, reception, lobby and lounge spaces, as well as the enhancement of the gardens and car park, has copperfastened the reputation of the five-star property as one of the leading hotels in the country and it was time to celebrate at the weekend following a very busy summer.
The new-look hotel is the essence of contemporary modern style with a stunning six-metre high lobby decorated like an old style library with glass windows.
The Sunday lunch scene in Killarney has also been being jazzed up in an exciting fashion courtesy of the newly reopened Dunloe Hotel and Gardens with a live jazz music lunch to while away a lazy Summer Sunday.
