GARDAI in Kerry have arrested a man in his late teens for questioning after a quantity of what is suspected to be cannabis and an amount of counterfeit cash was seized.
It is believed that the cannabis – which is subject to analysis – has an estimated street value of over €5,000.
Counterfeit notes – to the value of almost €4,000 – were also seized as part of the investigation which took place in Caherciveen on Monday after the male was stopped on Main Street.
