THE occupants of a car stopped for driving without lights on in Tralee were subsequently searched after gardai detected a strong smell of cannabis.
One male was arrested at scene and later detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Drug Trafficing Act 1997.
Gardai confirmed this Friday that he was discovered with €600 worth of cannabis, scales and bags used for the illegal sale and supply of cannabis.
