A DOG found wandering on the road at Coolcorcoran, just outside Killarney, is being well cared for until the owner can be tracked down.
An appeal has been issued to anybody who might recognise the black and white female to come forward to ensure she returns home safely.
The dog, which looks like a Collie, was not wearing a collar when found and it is not known if she was microchipped.
