Fabulous fashions certainly had heads turning at a style event held in the Ashe Hotel in Tralee at the weekend.

Phoenix Women’s Shed organised a fashion show to showcase the very latest in spring and summer collections and the event went down a treat for the ladies who had a night of fun and great company while admiring the ensembles on the catwalk.

Boutiques and fashion designers from Tralee were there on the night to show off their new work.

Phoenix became Kerry’s first women’s shed group when it was launched in 2022 and members have a place to meet in a social environment while they can also avail of a full range of supports.

Topics they have explored include empowerment and personal development programmes, IT skills, a walking group, nutrition classes, yoga sessions, art therapy and various talks on women’s issues.
