Deal with An Post to start spreading the news

KillarneyToday.com isn’t the only publication keeping readers informed with the news of the day – as it happens – in the very changed times we are currently experiencing.

The team at a Kerry newspaper has devised a practical solution to the Covid-19 closedown – if you can’t go out to get the news then they’ll bring it to you.

Kerry’s Eye has launched a new free weekly delivery service that will ensure that even those staying indoors during the Covid-19 crisis can still stay on top of the local news by having the paper delivered, free of charge, to their home.
Kerry’s Eye has teamed up with An Post to keep readers connected throughout the crisis with the paper dropping through the letterbox every Thursday – the same day that it is available in the shops.
The free delivery service, available from this week, costs just €30 for three months and delivery is free of charge which means you’ll pay the same price as in the shops.
“We’re determined to keep Kerry’s Eye on the street during this crisis,” said Kerry’s Eye editor Ger Colleran.
“We’re delighted to be able to offer this service with An Post because, in a time of crisis, we all need to stay in touch and know exactly what’s going on in our community,” he added.
