DR Crokes turned on the style to clinch the East Kerry Region Under 15 Division 3B title with a comprehensive 3-18 to 0-8 victory over a gritty Beaufort side at Fitzgerald Stadium.
A well-drilled town side produced a super performance, playing football of the highest quality to win the silverware.
Credit must go to Beaufort who never gave up and battled to the end, especially against the wind in the second half.
This was a fine sporting game well refereed by Donal Casey and, afterwards, Dr Crokes captain Nell O’Carroll collected the shield.
Meanwhile, in the East Kerry Division 4C decider, Legion B were narrowly defeated by Kilcummin B in Dereen.
The final score in a real goal-fest was Kilcummin 5-4 Legion 2-8.
