A total of 20 club members participated as part of a series of healthy living projects undertaken by the club.

They were all presented with certificates from the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council in conjunction with Order of Malta Ireland.

Meanwhile, the club’s hugely popular gentle movement classes for seniors have recommenced and will continue for the next four weeks in the clubhouse every Monday from 11.00am to 12 noon.
