ALL’S well that ends well.
It’s the news that everybody had hoped for and many had prayed for – Max and Mylo are home safe and well.
The two German Pointers went missing near Dinis Cottage last Wednesday evening and, despite an extensive search every day since, there was no trace of them.
Until this evening.
It can now be confirmed that they are back home and being showered with TLC by their owners at the Ross Hotel who are overjoyed to have their beloved pets back with them.
“Great news… Max and Mylo have come back from their jaunt around the mountains of Kerry,” the Ross said in a message on Facebook tonight.
They said they are a little thin and muddy but they are in good form after their four-day adventure.
“Thank you to everyone for your help. People are just amazing,” the Ross added.
Max and Mylo, meanwhile, were sleeping it off and looking forward to being spoilt.
