A NUMBER of people are reported to have been injured in a collision between a bus and a truck on the Ring of Kerry.
The crash occurred on the road between Parknasilla and Tahilla, near the village of Sneem, shortly after 12 noon this Friday.
An emergency medical helicopter was tasked to transport one victim to hospital and a number of ambulances, the fire service and Gardaí are also in attendance.
The N70 Kenmare-Sneem road has been closed to facilitate a scene of crash investigation and diversions are in place.
