The Ashe Hotel, Tralee has been announced as a finalist in the Ireland’s Four Star Hotel at the 2024 category in the Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards.
General Manager, Brian Scally, said they are thrilled and deeply honoured to be named as a finalist in such a prestigious awards category.
“This recognition is a true testament to the dedication and passion of our incredible team, who work tirelessly to deliver outstanding experiences to our guests every day,” he said.

“The award also acknowledges the addition of 20 new deluxe bedrooms and suites at The Ashe Hotel. These enhancements ensure that our guests experience the utmost in comfort and style, solidifying our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality,” Mr Scally added.
The Gold Medal Awards scheme, in its 35th year, recognises the outstanding achievements of the hotel and catering sector across the country.
An important factor in the Gold Medal Awards is the credibility and impartial nature of the judging process. Every property that undergoes this process is subject to benchmarking against a strict set of criteria and a blind site inspection conducted by the judging panel.
The category winners will be announced on Tuesday, January 28 at the Galmont Hotel and Spa, Galway.
