A DONALD Trump lookalike – with the help of a mask – was there and so too were Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas and Love Island heartthrob Tom Walker.
But it was a pope mobile flanked by scantily clad and exotic Brazilian dancers that had head turnings in Killarney last night as the action-packed supercar spectacle that is Cannobball rolled into town.
Wide-eyed motor enthusiasts turned out in force to view the dream machines as the convoy of power-packed vehicles wound its way through the streets to the overnight stop at the Brehon Hotel.
The two-day event commenced at Malahide Castle in Dublin on Friday and the participants zipped their way down through the country until they reached Killarney where crowds had lined the roads to welcome them.
The drivers left town again at 10.30am this Saturday, heading towards Tralee and Limerick before they travel onward to the Sunday finish in Edenderry, Co Offaly.
Top mark cars including McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Porsche, Maserati, Rolls Royce and Bentley all featured in Cannonball and the official charity this year is the Irish Cancer Society.
